There are two type of auction/bid option are avalable

• Online Live Auction
• The crop are auction at fixed date & time schudule as mention at site by fasalonline.The intersted buyer as to confirm to partispate in partcular auctions so that You can bid at the auction over the internet in real time.The intersted buyers recive link to partispate through email or message kindly note there no limit to partispate online Live auction the Live audio and video feeds relay over internet on fasalonline .com.
• Bid early and bid often.
• Do not wait until the last second to bid, as the hammer may go down before your bid is received.
• Online Live Auction is simillary to mandi auction But It take place on computer in real time

2). Online Timebound Bid

• online timed bid take place without an auctioneer calling the sale. Each lot can be bid on for a defined time period according to expexted sale peroid mention by seller/farmer. At the end of this period, the bidder who has submitted the highest bid wins the lot, provided that the bid exceeds the reserve/expected price.

4). As a seller/Farmer can i post my crops?

Yes ,it is absoulte free, you can recive offer/bid price from pan india or World according to selection of auction type

5).How can post/add crops as seller/farmers ?

seller/farmer post/add crops has follows
• click the seller at main menu to login or click here Sellerlogin, if not seller member click here to Signup
• At Seller inbox click the your crop requirements than select Add Your crops fill the details at add your crop form here you have to select Online Live auction or Online timebound Auction and crop Type than submit
• View crop at seller inbox click your requirement than click the view crop and add video file,note that With out video file crop detail are not accepted
• Each crop uploaded at fasalonline, you have to send crop sample to fasalonline address it is optional
• added crop will publish beewen 24 hours to 72 hours after verification by the fasalonline team
• fasalonline send email or message of auction date & time for online live auction added crops,where as online timebound auction crops no need any message from fasaline
• If crop add at Online Live auction than you Recive link to patcipate for Auction prior to auction date OR crop add at Online timebound auction view bid price by various buyers and confirm before expire of bid
• On confirmation of recived your crop by buyer you will recive your crop produce amount through your mention bank

6). How can seller/farmers patcipate in auctions for buyer posted requirements ?

13).Where can I view my bid list?

You can access the bid list under the ‘Inbox’

14).What do I do if I am dissatisfied with an item I have bought?

The buyer has to see Video file or sample before bid , if both are not avaiable he can request that subject certain terms & condition, still he face any issue both are to pay compensation according mutual concern, this process intiate only for if fasalonline faciliate sale & logistic process before the payment remitto seller/farmer once the payment is remited to seller/farmer any compalient is in this regards not intiated
